Invitamos a todos los padres a participar en Fall Drive todos los años, mientras que los voluntarios de BCE educan nuestra comunidad sobre la misión de BCE y el impacto positivo que nuestra subvención tiene en cada niño del distrito. Cuanto antes y con mayor precisión pronostique BCE las donaciones de nuestra base de donantes de padres, más recursos voluntarios podremos concentrarnos en fuentes de financiación ajenas a los padres.
Las donaciones realizadas durante el Fall Drive o en cualquier momento durante el año cuentan para la donación de la campaña anual de una familia.

Gala virtual de recaudación de fondos del BCE

Grab Your Friends and Head to...
the annual BCE Fundraising Gala, to be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at the Domenico Winery in San Carlos.
Get ready to dream in color, make new lasting friendships, and of course, be tempted by tantalizing auction packages you just have to bid on. Take a peek at the packages!
Tickets: $250 per person
Tickets are sold individually. Couples will need to purchase two tickets. Tickets will NOT be sold at the door.
Tickets include: Reception with some of the Domenico Winery's finest wines, dinner, live auction, music and dancing.
Ticket confirmation: After successfully registering, you will receive an email confirmation. Printed tickets will not be issued. Attendees must check in upon arrival for admittance.
Please review your order carefully. Tickets are non-refundable and not-transferable. Tickets are sold while they last.
If you are sick, or have any symptoms consistent with COVID-19, we kindly ask that you do not attend.
The Night's Agenda:
6:00pm: Wine reception with Domenico Winery's finest selections
7:00-9:00pm: Sit down dinner, exciting live auction, featuring exclusive packages only available to Gala attendees, and special live performance
9:00-11:00pm: Dessert and Coffee, Photo booth, DJ and Dancing
Seats:
Dinner seating will be 10 seats to a table. To assist us in grouping tables, please indicate your school(s) and other seat grouping preferences. If you wish to be assigned to a table with specific guests, enter their first and last names in the indicated field during registration (e.g. Lincoln/Running Group) Roosevelt/Jane Smith, BIS/Softball Moms). If you have no table preference, please include your school followed by "none" (e.g. McKinley/none).
Menu:
Main meal: A variety of dinner food stations will be available.
Beverages: Included with your ticket are Domenico Winery's finest selections of wines, beer, and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages. These beverages are included with your ticket for the duration of the event. Cocktails will be available for purchase through the cash bar.
Attire:
Semi-formal in green, gold or rainbow colors suggested.
Other Important Stuff:
Ticket Price: You may have noticed that there are no options for additional donations with your ticket purchase this year. The $250 ticket cost only covers your event costs (venue, food/wine and entertainment) and does NOT represent a charitable donation. We direct your focus instead to the Fund-A-Need special appeal during the live auction and ask that all attendees please participate at some level to help BCE fund teachers.
Photo Release: By participating in the BCE Fundraising Gala on November 5, 2022 and purchasing a ticket for the same event, you voluntarily give permission to Burlingame Community for Education Foundation ("BCE") to publish images and videos taken at the event on www.bcefoundation.org and all of BCE's social media platforms. You understand that you have the option of refusing to allow images of you to be used by BCE. In order to exercise this right, you understand that you need to inform BCE of your request by sending an email to info@bcefoundation.org at least 24 hours prior to the event. By allowing BCE to use pictures taken at the event you are supporting BCE's effort to the benefit of all TK-8th grade students in the Burlingame School District. Thank you for your support!
Gift Listing Policy: Auction purchases, tickets, and auction donations raise money for BCE but do not count toward a family's annual campaign donation. Only donations made during the live auction's Fund-A-Need count toward a family's annual campaign donation. BCE will provide additional recognition space in the annual report for high value auction donations and purchases that generate more than $3,500 for BCE.

Note about COVID-19
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. Although BCE has instituted reasonable practices in an attempt to lessen or reduce the spread of COVID-19, BCE cannot guarantee that you will never get exposed to the virus or get sick from it. By attending a BCE event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
