Funds are distributed equally among all seven schools – Burlingame Intermediate, Franklin Elementary, Hoover Elementary, Lincoln Elementary, McKinley Elementary, Roosevelt Elementary, and Washington Elementary.

BCE helps Burlingame School District (BSD) sustain and enhance an exceptional public education for all TK-8th grade students. Working together with parents, the school district, and community, we provide BSD with financial resources to create a rich and inspiring education for our children beyond what is possible with public funds.
BCE is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public benefit corporation.
BCE is governed by a 16-member volunteer Board of Directors made up of parent volunteers from all seven school sites. BCE is also supported by a full-time director of operations and two part-time staff: an operations specialist and an administrative assistant.
